Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoonful
Ginger - 1-2 inch piece

Tomato paste - 1 full tablespoonful
Red pepper paste - 3/4 tablespoonful

Let's get to cooking!
How to make this gourmet meal?
1. Pour some olive oil into your pan. As the oil gets hot, toast your chopped up garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the seasoning (curry, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, salt). Let them brown by stirring consistently for 40-60 seconds.
3. Add the tomato and pepper paste, lentils, and some water to let the lentils cook. Cover the pan, and wait till the lentils soften.
Stir the pan a few times and pour some more water if the curry gets so dry.
4. When the lentils are soft enough, remove the pan from the heat. Add the lemon juice and stir the curry.
Decorate with parsley and bon appétit!
