Keratin is a protein made up of 18 amino acids that construct your nail, skin, and 95% of your hair. Besides, keratin has high sulfur levels that have a crucial role in tissue development. Keratin first adheres to hair and repairs split ends during application and afterward, nourishes the hair and makes it look brighter, voluminous, and lively.
As we can get keratin with hair care and shampoo, it is also very important to support our body from within. Drinking plenty of water and consuming meat, salmon, dairy products, sweet potato, garlic, and onion are options to have healthier hair.
Let's come to the masks that you can effortlessly apply at home.
1. Egg yolk and Almond Oil Mask
If you have thin and sparse hair, I recommend you to follow the recipe I will give.
When the nourishing and strengthening effect of almond oil due to biotin and vitamin B-7 and the moisturizing benefit of egg yolk combine, your hair sparkles and strengthens magically.
What you need
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil
Mix the ingredients well
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Apply it from the roots to the end of your hair (I braid my hair during this holding. You can try it that way too.)
Leave it on for 40 minutes.
Rinse your hair first with warm water, and then wash your hair once with your daily shampoo.

Apply this recipe to your hair after waiting for about 15 minutes.
Let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Of course, clean it with shampoo afterward.
